Ways of Our People
Take No More Than You Need

Native Americans live in harmony with nature.
Assuring survival of our own as well as that of the plants and animals that sustain us.

Yet this descendant of one of the best known Indians of all time; Sequoyah, volunteers at the Good Will center at the local church, where food is collected for the needy of the community.
Sounds charitable and kindly. Doesn't it?
BUT, she brings home more food than she could ever consume, and much of it ends up in the garbage after rotting in the cupboards or refrigerator.
Dozens of loafs of bread, countless packages of meat and produce rotting and being thrown away every week.
Food that could have fed dozens of homeless and poor!
Hoarded by this "Born Again Christian" grandaughter of a great Native American!
Her ancestors must be rolling over in their graves!
